Kylie will go to school next year (eeeeek) and with that thought this year needs to be dedicated to doing things like shorter naps (booooo), using words like bathroom or restroom (rather than potty), and letting her have more control over what she wears (even if the shoes she chooses don't match. *gulp*)
Kylie is ALL about shorter naps! Who would have thought?! teehee
Kylie now says, "I need to go to the resting room." hahahaha. Oh well, I've got 12 months to work on that. ;)
Kylie loves wearing her pink or purple crocs with EVERYTHING. (I'm ok with this right now, but mostly because they match alot of her outfits, :D)
Thinking about other changes to work into our routine. Fun, fun!

Her teacher will be very thankful that she said restroom or bathroom. My 6th graders last year always said, "Mrs. Howard, can I use it"
Use what, friend? A pencil to complete your work...sure!
hahaha :)
My best friend teaches KG in Nixa and she says the biggest thing they tell parents is make sure your child knows self help. For example tieing their own shoes, zipping their own jackets, buttoning their own pants ect. She says it makes life much easier when you have 20 5 year olds and you dont have to zip up 20 jackets to go to recess!
As soon as fall and winter come around that will be first on my list. :)
